Pulled the motor from the LeMon today. Took way longer than it should due to a couple of corroded fasteners. Yesterday I changed the O2 sensors on the Mini to fix a CEL and tracked down a waste gate actuator sensor issue on the Evo. Must not have fully secured it when I changed the radiator last week. What did you guys get up to ?

Replaced the rear rotors and brake pads on my DD. I keep thinking about working on the Yamaha MX80 in the basement but I never get around to it. Maybe this week.

Got the Cavalier through emissions testing OBD test by not letting the evap monitor run.

Sanded & defogged left front headlight.

Nothing near as epic. Getting there with the Cavalier though. Now all I need is some rust repair, and to fix my right front headlight and that will be a pretty good summer, I have definitely upgraded quite a few bits & bobs.

Put all the fun bits back on the Evo after proudly affixing my 2015 reg sticker following a successful SMOG campaign.

Two more years! Two more years!

Played four shows of Oklahoma . Not exactly dirty work, but outdoor theater in August in Texas is hot work.

Replaced the alternator mounting bracket with one pulled from the junkyard and now the alternator pulley matches up with the crank pulley, so that's good. Also wired up the neutral safety switch, filled the power steering pump, got all of the heater/radiator hoses connected up. Basically I have to get the battery cables hooked up, get the distributor pointed in the generally correct direction and install the plugs and plug wires to be ready to fire that bitch up. I might install the fender just to have someplace to put the battery, but we'll see about that.
